Ürün Değişimi veya İadesi
Üründe herhangi bir sorun yok ise alıcı mesafeli sözleşmeyi akdinden itibaren 14 gün içinde feshetme hakkına sahiptir.
Tüketicinin sözleşmeyi fesih hakkının korunması için ürünlerin orijinal hallerini koruduğunu izlemesi gerekmektedir. Müşterinin kusuru olmaksızın ürün veya ambalajının tahrip olması, hasar görmesi veya zarar görmesi halinde, müşteri sözleşmeyi feshetme imkanından mahrumdur. Bu durumda teslimata gelen kargo görevlisinin de imzasının bulunduğu tutanak tutulması gerekmektedir. Ürünün ambalajından çıkarılması veya işlevselliğinin kontrol edilmesi nedeniyle değerin düşmüş olması, tüketicinin iade talebi yazamayacağı anlamına gelmez. Ancak satın alınan bazı ürünlerin hijyenik ve teknik özellikleri gereği iade edilebilmesi için; paketinin ya da ambalajının açılmamış olması ve dolayısıyla da kullanılmamış olması gereklidir. Bu tür ürünlerin iadesi ancak orijinal kutularıyla birlikte mümkün olacaktır.
Aşağıdaki unsurlardan en az biri eksikse ürün geri kabul edilmez:
- tam donanımlı ekipman;
- İsg Deposu online mağazasından satın alındığına dair bir makbuz;
- garanti belgesi;
- servis departmanı tarafından hazırlanan kusurun açıklamasını içeren bir belge;
- tek kullanımlık ve hijyenik ürünlerin ambalajının açılmaması veya zarar görmemesi;
Ürünlerin ücreti, yürürlükteki mevzuat tarafından belirlenen şartlar dahilinde iade edilecektir.
